A vehicle having a marker assigned to another vehicle cannot
be driven. It must be towed and impounded until it is legally
insured and registered.
 


Stop for no front marker, no headlights in the rain,
no license plate light, and driver had a suspended license.
 

BEARDSLEY PARK ARREST FOR MISUSE OF MARKER


Individual stopped in Beardsley Park for having a marker
assigned to another vehicle. A search revealed drug
paraphernalia.


Items found in a vehicle search included three containers
of  alcoholic beverages, wire mesh used with crack
smoking, a plastic gas can in a plastic bag, and five car
deodorizers. The last two items are used in an attempt to
mask the smell of drugs.
