Submission Guidelines to Pennsylvania Archaeologist
1. Submission of three copies on paper of the manuscript double-spaced (except for block quotes and bibliography) with black type, Times Roman font, at least 11 point must be made to the editor, Michael Stewart, Department of Anthropology, Temple University, Philadelphia PA 19122. A copy sent by e-mail attachment or floppy disk will assist the editorial staff immensely and speed the review process. An electronic format is not essential if this is a hardship.
2. Absolutely no color photographs can be used. Absolutely no images on a floppy disk or e-mail attachment can be used. Composite black and white prints should be avoided. All images must be on paper. Scanned images printed by a laser or ink jet printer may appear to be of high quality in the original, but will reproduce very flat with murky tones.
3. Citation format follows American Antiquity style (see any issue from Pennsylvania Archaeologist Volume 69 or beyond.
4. The author will see page proofs prior to publication.
